Billings, MT – December 12, 2025 - 2M Company, member of Headwater Companies, announces the acquisition of Plumdone Company in Rapid City, South Dakota, a wholesale distributor to the groundwater industry. The acquisition is the first expansion of 2M Company into the South Dakota market.
Plumdone Company has been serving the Rapid City market since 1975, and is located at 318 Creek Drive. 2M Company has been providing legendary service in the water industry since 1978, and Rapid City will be the 20th branch for 2M Company and the first branch in South Dakota.
