About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Specialist to join our Finance Team in Billings, MT. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys working with data, and is looking to grow in a collaborative finance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative tasks to support the Finance Department
• Assist with monthly close processes, including preparation of month-end and ad hoc financial reports
• Support the preparation of financial forecasts and periodic outlooks
• Assist with internal and external audit processes by gathering and organizing supporting documentation
• Collaborate with team members on continuous process improvements and reporting accuracy

Qualifications:

Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Office applications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A self-starter who takes initiative and works well both independently and as part of a team

Preferred but Not Required:

• Experience with ERP systems, business intelligence tools, or accounting processes
• Prior exposure to a finance or accounting environment

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
