GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:

Responsible for managing the full product lifecycle, including oversight of the marketing mix (product, price, place, and promotion). Develops and coordinates pricing strategies that balance competitive positioning with profitable margins, aligning with company sales objectives for the assigned category. Leads the implementation of processes and projects to enhance product development, expand applications, and strengthen market presence within targeted segments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide training and technical support to customers and sales teams on wastewater and clean water control systems
  • Foster and strengthen relationships with vendors to support strategic business goals
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and distributors to size products for specific applications, provide detailed product specifications, and support the development of custom quotations
  • Support internal and external customers to ensure proper installation and functionality of products
  • Identify and manage new customer or market opportunities within each branch to achieve local sales growth targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
